If you choose the book reward, and/or either or both miniatures, then you can get physical versions in addition to the digital ones.

To do this, you’ll finish out the Kickstart like everyone else, and click the appropriate items in the final survey menu. Then fill in the optional portion for shipping, including your address. Here’s the important part: I will bill you for shipping & handling, and you will pay me via Paypal no later than October 15, 2013. There’s no extra cost for the reward itself, just these funds to cover these expenses. I have to have it in hand, though, in order to send them to you.

So you can make an informed choice, here are some postage costs for packages of this size. Remember to add packaging/handling costs to them – probably $4-5 U.S. per package. These are offered as estimates – they are not the actual amount I’ll invoice you, which will be calculated by the sender (not me) based on your precise address.

Note: the book and the minis ship from different places – if you get the physical book and one/both minis, then you’ll be paying for two packages.
